Customer service should not obscure store performance

Checkout and shift totals differ

Payments, refunds, and shift records are scattered, making differences difficult to explain.

Our approach

Trace transactions by order and payment method, separating service revenue, top-ups, and refunds.

Member history depends on memory

Visit history, remaining sessions, and prepaid balances are difficult to find during reception.

Our approach

Review service history and benefit movements together to prepare the next visit.

Appointments and delivery drift apart

Bookings, staff schedules, and actual arrivals do not match, causing delays or missed services.

Our approach

Review bookings by date and staff, distinguishing expected arrivals, ongoing services, and completions.

Owners lack a view across stores

Separate reports obscure revenue, orders, and unfinished services.

Our approach

Review store indicators within authorized access in this product and identify follow-up work.

Your business data stays within your company and product

Member contacts, visits, balances, and staff performance require access scoped to company, store, and role.

Independent products

AlurTEN Service has separate registration and sign-in. Even when the same person registers another AlurTEN product with the same email, accounts and business data are not linked or shared.

Separate company tenants

Different company tenants remain isolated. Users can access only the company data they are authorized to use.

Role-based access

Access to records and business actions is scoped to responsibilities, limiting exposure of sensitive information.
