Do not wait until settlement to discover project risks

Site progress drifts from the plan

Weekly reports, site records, and schedules are maintained separately.

Our approach

Compare planned and actual milestones with deviations, owners, and follow-up actions.

Cost reporting arrives too late

Purchasing, subcontracting, and expenses obscure budget consumption.

Our approach

Review budgets, incurred costs, and commitments by project and category, separately from payments.

Variations lack supporting records

Contracts, variations, and approvals are difficult to match at settlement.

Our approach

Link variations and approval evidence to contracts, separating pending items from approved amounts.

Work value is not cash received

Claims, certifications, invoices, and receipts are mixed together.

Our approach

Follow each confirmation and collection stage to identify unconfirmed work and due balances.

From project oversight to delivery and cash

Base project decisions on business records

  1. Contract / budget
  2. Plan / execute
  3. Confirm progress / cost
  4. Settle / collect

Your business data stays within your company and product

Contract prices, subcontract costs, project documents, and collections require company, project, and role-based access.

Independent products

AlurTEN Project has separate registration and sign-in. Even when the same person registers another AlurTEN product with the same email, accounts and business data are not linked or shared.

Separate company tenants

Different company tenants remain isolated. Users can access only the company data they are authorized to use.

Role-based access

Access to records and business actions is scoped to responsibilities, limiting exposure of sensitive information.

Questions before you choose

Who is Project for?

Construction contractors and engineering service firms managing progress, costs, contracts, and collections. Measurement, variation, and settlement workflows need further fit assessment.

Does changing the preview language change business data?

No. It only changes the demonstration image. This preview does not sign in to or read and write any business system.

Can I share an account with other AlurTEN products?

No. Register separately for each product. Accounts, tenants, and business data remain independent.

How do I confirm features, plans, and trial duration?

Refer to published product information and current subscription settings. Concept images do not promise features, prices, or release dates. Ask an advisor about unpublished details.
